Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of visitcopy's website and AI content-generation service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on its behalf.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. The Service is intended for business use by travel and tourism organizations.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Plans, credits, and payment

• The Service offers a free plan and paid plans. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of content generations ("credits") that resets each billing period.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. Beyond that, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change our prices or plans. We will give notice of material changes, and changes apply to future billing periods.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose.
• Generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself, or share your account to circumvent plan limits.

AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate content based on your inputs. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or not unique. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before you publish or rely on it. The Service may insert bracketed placeholders where it lacks specific facts; you should replace these before use.

Your content

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the content you generate with the Service. You grant us a limited license to process this content as needed to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your data or use your content to train public AI models.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to visitcopy. These Terms do not give you any rights to our intellectual property other than the right to use the Service as permitted here.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may harm us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, visitcopy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
