This Privacy Policy explains how visitcopy ("visitcopy", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and AI content-generation service (the "Service"). visitcopy is a tool for travel and tourism organizations, so most users sign up on behalf of a business. Information we collect

• Account information. Your name and email address when you sign up. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
• Brand profile. Details you provide during onboarding and in settings — such as your organization name, destination, website, team size, tone of voice, key phrases, target audience, logo, and brand colors — so generated content matches your voice.
• Content you create. The prompts and inputs you enter and the content the Service generates for you, which we store so you can access it in your library.
• Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment provider processes your payment. We store your plan, billing status, and a customer reference — we do not store your full card number.
• Usage and technical data. Basic information such as login activity and standard server logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To generate content tailored to your brand profile and inputs.
• To manage your account, subscription, and credits.
• To respond to support requests and send service-related messages.
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

AI providers and your content

To generate content, we send your prompts, inputs, and brand profile to third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic and Google) that run the underlying models. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train public AI models. Your generated content belongs to you.

Service providers we use

We share information only with vendors that help us run the Service, under agreements that limit how they may use it:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Polar — subscription billing and payments.
• Anthropic and Google — AI content generation.
• Google — optional "Sign in with Google" login.
• Our hosting provider — running the website and app.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the Service.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your generated content at any time from your library. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain records (for example, billing records) to comply with the law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We do not sell personal information. International users

We and our service providers may process and store your information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
